maintain the Agusta equivalent of the above.
Components
received undergo strip, cleaning and inspection, including NDT, in accordance with the
manufacturers requirements, to the extent required by the customer and the nature of the
task at hand (overhaul, repair, investigation, etc).
Unless prior
authorisation is received, the customer will be advised of any additional parts and labour
beyond overhaul by presentation of a final cost estimate requesting the customers
authorisation to proceed.
Projects will
then be put on hold until such authorisation is received, after which the component(s)
will be rebuilt and released to service.
All mandatory
directives and bulletins will automatically be incorporated. Incorporation of current
mandatory requirements is not subject to increased labour prices beyond those published
within our standard pricing schedules.
Optional
bulletins will be incorporated according to customer request. We will normally recommend
the incorporation of those optional bulletins which will improve reliability in service.
We offer a
number of approved rework and repair schemes which serve to reduce the new parts content
resulting in reduced project cost. Wherever applicable and appropriate, we will recommend
such schemes.
Standard
turnaround time for dynamic components ranges from two to fourteen working days dependent
on the component. An AOG service is also available.
Advance notice
of component requirements is normally requested in order to maintain the stated turnaround
times.
Hydraulic Component Overhaul and
Repair
We offer full overhaul, repair and test for flight
control actuators and other hydraulic components relating to:-
· Bell and Agusta-Bell 47 series
· Bell and Agusta-Bell 204 and 205 series
· Bell and Agusta-Bell 206 JetRanger series
· Bell 206L LongRanger series
· Bell and Agusta-Bell 212
· Bell and Agusta-Bell 412

Hydraulic Specific Capabilities
Ronson Flight Control Actuators, as fitted to Bell
206/206L are also overhauled.
Standard procedures are identical to those of dynamic
components with the addition of pre and post overhaul / repair test requirements.
We maintain a large stock of overhaul condition
exchange parts in order to maintain turnaround times. Such parts will be incorporated in
your project subject to your approval.
Standard TAT for hydraulic components is five to
fifteen working days dependent on the component being processed.
An AOG service is also available.
Rolls-Royce model 250 Engine
Overhaul and Repair.
As a branch location of the AeroMaritime AMC network we
offer a fully CAA/EASA and Rolls-Royce approved overhaul / repair / exchange and rental
service for the Rolls-Royce model 250.

Honeywell
AeroMaritime also offers repair / overhaul / exchange
and rental services for Honeywell (Allied Signal / Bendix) Fuel Components for B17, C20,
C20R, C28 and C30 series.
We aim to achieve the highest quality at very
competitive prices. Wherever possible we apply sophisticated approved rework and repair
schemes as an alterative to new parts to reduce costs.
We also maintain considerable stock of original
Rolls-Royce 250 overhaul condition engine exchange parts in order to reduce turnaround
times. Such parts will be incorporated in your project, subject to your approval.
Model 250 engines / modules received undergo strip,
cleaning and inspection, including NDT, in accordance with the manufacturers
requirements, to the extent required by the customer order and the nature of the task at
hand (overhaul, repair, investigation, etc).
Mandatory Commercial Engine Bulletins (CEBs) will
automatically be incorporated in the work content (incorporation of some of these
mandatory CEBs depends on the level of access gained during the work). Optional CEBs
applicable to the work detail, will be recommended in cases where improvement in
reliability of service can be achieved.
Helicopter Maintenance, Repair
/ Overhaul and Refurbishment.
We have a spacious and fully equipped hangar at
Thruxton Airport, near Andover, where we offer maintenance services for the following

Battery Maintenance
We can carry out Battery capacity checks and deep
cycles on Ni-Cad and Lead Acid types.
Non-Destructive Test (NDT)
AeroMaritime (UK) Limited holds Part 145 D1 Test House
approval for Magnetic Particle Inspection and Fluorescent Dye Penetrant NDT processes.
This enables us to offer Level 2 inspection services to
all operators and maintenance / overhaul facilities irrespective of the aircraft type
concerned. Approved certificates are issued on completion of such works.
